Ronica Ingram – Executive Director
Ronica Ingram is the Executive Director at JNF. She grew up in the small town of Valliant, Oklahoma. After high school she attended Oklahoma State University and received her B.S. in International Business with a minor in Marketing and Spanish. She has spent the last 9 years in non-profit management with a focus on volunteer and event management as well as development. During that time she also received her M.S. in International Business and Economic Development. She and her husband enjoy the sport of baseball and spending time with their family. They are a blended family and have 4 beautiful boys together!
Jacqueline Cruz – Development Director
Jacqueline Cruz is the Development Director at JNF. She holds a Bachelors in Marketing Management from the University of New Mexico and has a background in web-based marketing and IT, as well as nonprofit development, events and fundraising. Jacqueline has over 20 years of experience, with the last 6 being in the nonprofit field. She is a passionate believer in giving back and building up the community for the future generations. She has been married for 25 years and has three biological children and two adopted children.
Aimee Hass – Director of Marketing Operations & Communications
Aimee Hass is the Director of Marketing Operations & Communications for JNF. A native Oklahoman she has been involved in the nonprofit community within the Tulsa area for 6 years. Throughout her involvement, Aimee developed a deep appreciation for how nonprofits seek to improve the quality of life for a community; one program at a time. Aimee did her undergraduate studies at the University of Tulsa and she has an MBA from Southern Nazarene University. When she’s not diving into all things marketing and communications, Aimee spends her free time with her husband and 2 boys hiking, cycling and sporting events.
